Who processes the data
The data controller is FAIR CLICK S.R.L., Tax ID (CUI) 54682438, registered office in Bucharest, Sector 1, Drumul Pădurea Neagră 24, Corp A, Bl. OX01/1, Floor 1, Apt. 6, Romania. Contact: nicovedgar@gmail.com.
What data we collect
Through the contact form: your name, email, website address (optional) and your message. If you write to me on WhatsApp or email, or call me, I receive the data you send, including your phone number.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you and discuss a possible collaboration. The legal basis is your consent (when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We do not send newsletters and we do not sell data.
Who else sees it
Form messages go through a form delivery service (Web3Forms) and arrive in our email inbox. The site is hosted by a hosting provider and email is hosted by an email provider. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to reply and continue the conversation, and no longer than 24 months if you do not become a client. If you become a client, data is kept as required by law and by the contract.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to understand which pages are read and which contact buttons are clicked. It is activated only if you accept in the cookie banner; until then no Google script is loaded and no analytics cookies are set. If you accept, cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set and we measure the page visited, device type, country and contact events (clicks on WhatsApp, phone, email, form submission). We do not use marketing cookies and we do not run personalised advertising. Analytics data is kept for at most 14 months. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the page footer. Data may be transferred to Google outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and portability, you can object to processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time by writing to the address above. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), dataprotection.ro.
